I joined Asia Highlights right after graduation, which marked my first job. Despite my youth, my passion for traveling runs deep. Over the past 20 years, I have been fortunate enough to travel regularly, exploring new destinations every two years. These experiences have greatly shaped my worldview and deepened my understanding of the world.

Among all my travel experiences, one trip to Chengdu stands out as a truly remarkable journey that left a lasting impression on me.

This particular adventure was not just my first solo trip, but also a transformative turning point in my life. With a determined spirit, I embraced the unknown and stepped outside my comfort zone. Balancing structured activities with ample free time, I immersed myself in the captivating culture of Chengdu. From exploring stunning temples to delighting in up-close encounters with pandas at the panda base, and savoring the local specialty of street hot pot, I experienced the richness and diversity of this city.

But it was the serene moments shared in a tea house, engaging in conversations with the warm-hearted locals, that truly unraveled the hidden facets of Chengdu's customs, history, and culture.
