I had the pleasure of booking my Southeast Asia trip through Asia Highlights, and I cannot speak highly enough about the outstanding service I received from Kaya. From the very beginning, Kaya demonstrated professionalism, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of what makes a trip truly memorable.

We had a lovely experience with the service received from all the team of Asia Highlights (travel specialist/coordinator, guides, drivers). In particular, the representative that organized our trip, Jimmy, was amazing. He was able to prepare our trip in a very short notice and customize it to satisfy all our requests. He was knowledgeable and always replied very fast. We were very pleased with his service and we highly recommend the agency.

Our guide, Marie, was so knowledgeable, professional, and kind. She was really attuned to our needs and spoke perfect English. She even brought me a special gift this morning because she knew I was looking for a Christmas ornament representative of Thailand. We did not have to think about any of the details.

We are also so grateful to our guide, Mr. Tung who made our stay unforgettable. Mr. Tung was so kind, adapted to all our needs, and has limitless knowledge. We leave him so enriched. We are forever thankful for his generous heart and mind.

I cannot say enough good things about Asia Highlights. My husband and I just returned from a 14-day trip to Vietnam. Jimmy, our travel advisor, exceeded our expectations in all aspects.

Our last guide, Trong, came with us to Vietnam Bank after one of their cash machines had stolen our card. He was able to make sure arrangements were in place for the card to be retrieved and returned to us.

Mr. Kim in Hanoi was one of the best tour guides that we've ever had! He's a wealth of information, honest, interesting, and willing to answer questions.

This was an awesome quick tour specially arranged for us by Jimmy from Asia Highlights. All in all, I would surely recommend Asia Highlights. They work fast, are VERY organized through and through, and really provided good service making your holiday relaxed and enjoyable.

We had a fantastic time here in Siem Reap with our guide Chhong and our driver Nikol. We had some issues with pouring rain for our sunrise tour and he quickly pivoted to rescheduling the following day and still getting it fit into our three day stay. Super informative and very gracious. Would definitely recommend this tour company for your visit!

Mr. Vimol Chhin is a superb tour guide; his knowledge base regarding Angkor Wat was truly amazing. He made sure that we were in a good spot to view the sunrise! Mr. Vimol is a good communicator, he's fun, he's very punctual, is tuned into what his clients want to see. The added bonus was that he is a spectacular photographer.

Our 2-day tour of Siam Reap and environs was terrific. Our tour guide Chansarak Nuon was chock full of historical details and colorful stories of the battles between gods and demons that brought the bas reliefs and statues to life. A skilled photographer, he showed us a number of cool ways to take fun snapshots.

We all feel so grateful and fortunate that we got Allan!!He is expertly knowledgeable, and was positively delightful. We enjoyed every minute with him. He truly went out of his way to make sure that we felt safe, comfortable, and well cared for! He had so much historical, cultural, and local knowledge to weave into his descriptions, stories and conversations. I can’t say enough about our experience with him. Simply the Best!! EVER!!

Jeremy was a fantastic tour guide during my time in Tokyo as well as on a day trip to Mt Fuji. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and really made our time in Tokyo special. His deep understanding of Japanese culture and history added a special touch to every stop, from hidden local gems to famous landmarks.

My wife and I spent a wonderful time in Beijing with our local tour guide Tom. We saw many beautiful landscapes including the Great Wall, experienced the local cuisine at its best, and walked to vibrant Hutongs during rush hour. It was a beautiful experience that we will never forget. As for our guide, Tom, it was a pleasure to meet him: such an intelligent and inspiring person who not only did prepare excellent information on the landmarks we saw, but also introduced us into the fascinating Chinese culture. He always answered exhaustively to our questions, adapted our itinerary to the situation (Tomb Sweeping Holiday) and gave us good tips on how to spend our free time after the guided tours. We will always recommend Tom as a guide and China Highlights as a trustworthy company for taking a tour around Beijing.

Tom was an excellent guide for our days in Beijing, from helping us to navigate the busy city, and giving us information on The Forbidden City and Temples. Our day at The Great Wall was so enjoyable and finished off with a lovely meal. Tom also gave us great suggestions for our free day in Beijing, including great restaurant choices, thank you Tom

Sean picked us up from the airport in Shanghai, David helped us go to the train station to Beijing and was very friendly. Jennifer was our tour guide along with Xu, our driver, in Beijing. They were very knowledgeable and took care of everything. She even arranged for the hotel to pack us a takeaway breakfast since we would leave too early on our departure day. It was nice that we could arrange a private tour and be flexible with our plans vs a large tour group. We had a great time and wouldn't hesitate to recommend China Highlights to friends or family.
