Excellent experience in Bangkok
Ying was our guide in Bangkok. She was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She knew exactly how to move us through crowds quickly so that we could see all we wanted to say and made good recommendations for other things we were interested in. I would not hesitate to recommend Ying or anyone that helped us at Asia highlights More

Excellent travel advisor, itinerary and tour guides
Miss Tanny, our guide in Bangkok, was personable and very patient. She kept us informed of the day's activities and kept us entertained with her sense of humor. Miss Lisa, our Phuket guide, was very polite and soft spoken. The young people in our group relate well with her. More

Tangier is more than two and a half millennia old, making it one of North Africa's most ancient cities. The medina (old city), kasbah (walled citadel), bazaars (marketplaces), and souks (street markets) are among the country's most vibrant, and the beaches are excellent.
Chefchaouen is a stunning Moroccan city in the Rif Mountains, originally built as a fortress in the 15th century. Stroll leisurely in the narrow alleys for amazing photo shots.

Volubilis is one of the largest and most important archaeological sites in Morocco, with the remains of settlements dating from the pre-Roman to the early Islamic periods.
Moulay Idriss is considered the holiest place in Morocco, since it is the burial site of of Moulay Idriss — the descendent of the prophet Muhammed and first Islamic ruler of Morocco.

Itinerary Details
The itinerary below is only one possibility that is offered as an inspiration. We can tailor-make your trip based on your needs. Send us details of your preferences and our travel experts will customize this trip to suit your interests, tastes, and budget.
You will be met by your private guide at the ferry terminal in Tangier. Your driver will take you along the beach to enjoy what the city is famed for, as well as the kasbah, the home of Ibn Battouta — a famous 14th-century traveler who was born in Tangier.
Enjoy some free time to discover what the medina of Tangier has to offer. Check in to your hotel for dinner and a good night's rest.
Breakfast in your hotel, and then depart to the blue-washed city of Chefchaouen. Enjoy the beautiful scenery along the way to Chefchaouen in the Rif Mountains.
Upon arrival in Chefchaouen, you will begin your tour of the city including the Spring of Ras Elma, Outa Elhamam Square, and the Kasbah. Take a stroll through the narrow alleys, where you can capture some amazing photos.
Lunch (optional), can be arranged at a restaurant with panoramic views overlooking the square. After lunch, you will be driven to Fez, with a brief stop in Ouazzane. You will arrive in Fez in the early evening.
Stay overnight in Fez and enjoy a convenient dinner at your hotel.
After breakfast, begin your guided tour of the Fez Medina — a perfect introduction to Morocco. Explore the narrow streets lined with fresh fruit, mounds of spices, intricately-woven Berber carpets, and many other artifacts of Morocco.
Later, there is a visit to the King's palace, the tanneries, and the potteries; it's just like a walk back in time.
After lunch (optional), you will continue the tour and return to your riad (traditional Moroccan courtyard-garden house) hotel for the evening.
On day 4, you will set out to explore two great historic ruins. You will spend the morning exploring the ancient Roman Ruins of Volubilis, Morocco's most famous Roman remnant. The city's heyday was AD 24–285 when it served as the capital of a Roman province. Most of the ruins date from this period of prosperity.
Then you will visit the holy city of Moulay Idriss Zerhoune that holds a special place in the hearts of the Moroccan people. It was there that Moulay Idriss I arrived in 789, bringing with him the religion of Islam, and starting a new dynasty.
In late afternoon, your driver-guide will accompany you back to Fez for the overnight stay.
After breakfast, transfer to the airport in Fez for your flight.
If your flight departs from Casablanca or Marrakesh, a private transfer is available. Please inform your travel advisor should you require this service.
