Four weeks tour of Thailand
We were extremely happy with Ms. A Teerarat, our Bangkog guide. Her knowledge of the history of all the places we visited was amazing. Her cheerful personality made it a joy to be with her and she felt more like a good friend than a guide. More

Tasteful & classic, 5 stars and more.
We feel blessed that Nid was our tour guide. She is friendly and truly wants to make sure your stay in Chiang Mai is over the top wonderful! She arranged for my husband to go to local specialty shop that was off the beaten path, she had all my market shopping discounted and was super sweet enough to go to our friends wedding with us (she explained what was in each Thai dish at the wedding) More

Tour Highlights
Itinerary Details
This itinerary is just a suggestion for you to start to plan your vacation. We specialize in designing private customer-oriented tours so just let us know your interests and expectations, and we will be happy to create a tour that satisfies your preferences.
Upon arrival at the airport, you will be greeted by your private tour guide who will be holding a sign with your name on it. Then you will be transferred to your hotel. Your guide will assist you to check in and will leave you free to have a rest — adjust to the jet lag on your first day.
Start your tour in the morning before it gets too hot. Besides your private car, you will be navigated by your tour guide to try out Bangkok's different types of public transportation, such as a long-tail boat, tuk tuk, and canoe. This will enrich your tour with an exotic experience and it is the best way to get a taste of the real lives of the locals and the vital aspects of the city.
The Grand Palace, Wat Pho, the Temple of the Emerald Buddha, and Wat Arun are must-see attractions when sightseeing in Bangkok and you will see them all on day 2 as well as cruising along ancient canals.
An à la carte lunch is included at a local popular restaurant.
Don't forget the camera for this day's tour! It will offer you the best opportunity to catch pictures of the vivid traditional Thai life.
After a relaxing breakfast, you will be driven for about an hour to reach Maeklong Railway Market, which is located in southwest Bangkok. This market is uniquely placed close to the railway tracks, where vendors sell lots of cheap fruits and fresh vegetables. Don't be surprised when a train comes — the railway station will sound a warning and the stall owners will gather up their stalls quickly and wait for the train to pass.
This will be followed by a visit to the renowned Damnoen Saduak Floating Market, which is also something not to be missed.
After lunch, you will be transferred to the airport to catch a 1-hour flight to Chiang Mai.
The flight will arrive in Chiang Mai in the evening. You will be met by your private tour guide who will be holding a sign with your name on it in the arrivals hall. You will be transferred to your selected hotel and your guide will help you to check in. Have a good rest — a Thai massage is highly recommended in Chiang Mai.
Chiang Mai is known as the "Rose of the North". It has a profound cultural heritage, with large and small temples all over the city.
After a relaxing breakfast, your tour will start with Chiang Mai Old City. The quietness of the old city makes people feel very comfortable. It is said there is a story behind every brick and a legend behind every Buddha statue in Chiang Mai's historical temples.
Feel the shock wave of ancient temples and cultures when you visit Wat Chedi Luang (in-depth revisit on day 5), Wat Lok Molee, and Wat Phra Singh. These three temples are all located in the old city and embody the Lanna style of architecture.
An à la carte lunch is included at a popular local restaurant.
Thai Cuisine Cooking Class
You will have a gourmet tour in the afternoon then join a cooking class to discover the secret of delicious Thai food.
Walk around the lovely house and charming yard where you will pick the herbs and vegetables you will need to use for the cooking class. Your teacher will introduce you to the popular ingredients for Thai food and give you a step-by-step guide on how to make some authentic homemade delicacies.
The dishes that have been selected for you to make are not too complicated to learn so you won't forget this new skill and it will be very cool to demonstrate it to your family or friends when you return home. As we all know, Thai cuisine is renowned for its freshness, variety, and perfect balance of sour, spicy, salty, and sweet flavors. You will also get to taste various Thai cuisines from different parts of the country in the class.
You are advised to get up quite early to join in with an important Buddhist ritual activity – almsgiving – before you visit Wat Phra That Doi Suthep.
Monks traditionally go on foot to receive alms near their temple. After chanting and giving a short sermon, the monks walk in rows in front of the seated people until everyone is in position. Then, after a signal, everyone offers alms at the same time. As a foreign tourist, you are welcome to watch this event. You can even join in if you like. Many tables are set up along the road where vendors sell bags of food to offer the monks. As there are thousands of people, you need to arrive early to get a good spot. The ceremony starts at 6:30am so it's best to arrive before 6am if you can.
After this unique Thai Buddhist cultural experience, you will be ready to visit Wat Phra That Doi Suthep, which was built on top of Doi Suthep. The mountain possesses beautiful views including seas of white clouds and colorful flowers. The whole attraction is regarded as a Buddhist shrine because a few Buddha sariras were consecrated at Wat Phra That Doi Suthep. Many Buddhists go to the temple to worship there each year. You are welcome to make a wish there!
Afterward, you will return to Chiang Mai Old City to the World Heritage Site, Wat Chedi Luang. The main hall is resplendent and magnificent, with a mix of Indian and Ceylon styles. Despite part of the main building having been destroyed by an earthquake, the ruins cannot prevent its momentum. Over time, brick-red walls have shown through the smoky black color and green leaves have grown between the tiles, making Wat Chedi Luang seem alive again.
Are you tired of seeing golden temples? It's amazing to see the historic Wat Chedi Luang.
Have a late breakfast and relax in the morning. You will be transferred to Chiang Mai International Airport in the afternoon for your flight to Koh Samui. Your guide will greet you in the arrivals hall and transfer you to your selected hotel.
The clean turquoise ocean, long white sandy beaches, and quiet, relaxed environment make Koh Samui a tropical fairyland that everyone dreams of. Start your free day as you please to enjoy this romantic island.
Have these free days to explore, relax in a spa, enjoy delicious food, go diving, go to parties, or just enjoy the beautiful beach.
In the morning after breakfast, you will be transferred to Koh Samui Airport to catch the flight back to Bangkok for your departure home.
