1) Zürich — Sightsee, Enjoy Outdoor Activities and Appreciate History

In June, Zürich's weather turns warm by the end of the month, and is mild in the beginning of the month. It is Switzerland's main travel hub, and it provides access to the region via the international airport, the train hub station underneath, and the trams.

Lauterbrunnen Valley is a beautiful valley with high cliff faces, 72 waterfalls, and quaint tourist towns in the famed Jungfrau valley region. It is famed since it is a beautiful ski resort area and a wonderful place for hiking and summer activities, and it's centrally located, near cities such as Bern.

Enjoy hiking during the long 16-hour days among legendary Swiss mountains, including watching rainbows in the spray of waterfalls. In terms of American scenery, it is like Yosemite Half Domes everywhere. It is a popular place to explore with many hiking trails.

Its elevation is 802 meters (2,631 feet), and the weather is pleasant, with average daily highs of 16°C (61°F) that feel warm since there are averages of about 8 hours of sunshine and 87% humidity.

3. Zernez — Get in Some High-Altitude Hikes

Zernez is a tiny tourist town near the Italian border. It could be a base for excursions to Swiss National Park and other areas around it. It is 2½ hours northeast of Lugano. The elevation is 1,473 meters (4,833 feet), and there are a variety of accommodations including backpacker hostels.

Due to warm southern breezes, the average daily high reaches 14°C (57°F). The nightly lows dip to 4°C (39°F). The local bus service takes people up to Swiss National Park. In June, you'll have the opportunity to be among the first to hike in freshly opened areas after the snow melts.

The wilderness preserve is fairly high altitude and ranges from 1,400 (4,600 feet) to 3,173 meters (10,410 feet) above sea level. It is large and pristine with many animal species. The lower valleys are warm by the end of the month. There is the great natural beauty of snowy peaks with Mediterranean warmth.
